Project description

During the project 608 participants completed IT training. The project lasted 18 months. At the beginning a questionnaire survey was carried out about participants knowledge on specific courses subjects. Based on these results, groups with similar levels of knowledge were created. For those levels were created customized training programs and materials.

Within the project trainings were conducted for employees of different departments (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Web pages, Corel) and for IT staff (LINUX, ORACLE, Security of information systems).

The project was a very successful in terms of both substantive and administrative. Mielec Regional Development Agency which served as Regional Financing Institution sent a commendation letter for successful project realization.
