Common features of the modules offered:

 

1. Search

All modules are connected with extensive search engine. Searching abilities depends on customer needs and can provide full-text documents or defined external parameters and criteria search.

2. The main task bar

All modules contain task bar which allows basic operation on documents:

  • Create/import new documents,
  • Moving documents to a new location selected by the user,
  • Copying the documents to the selected location (copy by creating a copy or copy with the link - an amendment to the original document will also appear in the copy.),
  • Copy a group of documents (copying by creating a copy or with the link - an amendment to the original document will also appear in the copy.),
  • Remove documents,Access security
  • Copy the selected branch of tree (create a copy or link ).

3. Zabezpieczenie dostępu

Documents are secured by a system of rights ("black lock" mechanism, restrict access by limiting branch visibility, edit ability blocking, blocking the ability to browse.

4. Registration system

All documents have their own history of operations and allow to review documents history.

5. Document versioning system

The system allows versioning and creating milestones on documents (ability to create new versions of a document from previous version with included backup of previous version, automatic versioning when you change the executor - person responsible for document edition/changing, possibility to go back to previous document and set it as default).
