The problem of balance between work and life(WLB - work-life balance) is often a leading aspect of the employment policy of European countries.
For example, the WLB can help:
Despite well-documented benefits, an adaptation of WLB practices in European countries is patchy and often tangled. This happens on a large scale, by increasing the diversity of situations of legal, financial, social and cultural rights.
Project aim to create innovative and accurately targeted educational materials and trainings which will facilitate the implementation of WLB in European countries. This target will lead to support the European policy related to employment, competence and social inclusion.
The "Eurobalance" project will be based on informations obtained by the two partners via EU EQUAL project ("ASAPH"). Acquired informations will strengthen the implementation of WLB in collectives and associations.
With the help of international partners within the consortium, 'Eurobalance' will adapt learning materials to the conditions occurring in European countries. Prepared materials will serve to create a learning environment that will result in more effective implementation of the WLB.
Another innovation designed to ensure the success, is to use the so-called "peer educators". Their task will be providing information, guidance and advices to project participants (derived from small businesses) in the partner countries using the best practices methodology.
