Project Description

IN-WORKER was the first project under the new program - Life Long Learning. It was a project from the Innovation Transfer area. The project aimed to transfer the Spanish research methodology about the training needs to the partner countries. Second objective was transfer of CD content to the Internet platform. The Spanish methodology was applied to trainings and to SMEs sector, mainly by HR managers. The project had multicultural aspect focused on the immigrants workers needs .The partners started from researching managers needs in different countries. The next step was to create a platform with improved content. In last step product was tested and implemented in each partner country.
