NMCE - Grundtvig Multilateral

Project NMCE (Nurse Managed Care for Elderly) is a project conducted under the Lifelong Learning Programme. Project is classified in area of operations carried out under the Multilateral Grundtvig Projects.
Project aim to:
- create and share tools for collecting data on the problems of home care for the elderly and information about "overload protection" of informal care donors;
- create an educational materials that provide psycho-social support to nurses and to informal care donors from organizations participating in the project;
- create forms which will evaluate "before and after " conditions of nurses and informal care donors;
- prepare website about training and evaluation of nursing care and informal donors care.
The result of the project will create educational materials and trainings which will be performed by partner organizations. The training will be addressed to 50 nurses and 25 informal care givers in each country.
