The project "TRAININGS - the road to a better future of the Nitrogen Plant and the Daughters Companies" is co-financed by the European Social Fund. Project is realized under the Human Capital Operational Programme - Priority VIII - Regional human resources, Sub 8.1 - Development of staff and enterprises in the region, Sub-8.1.1 -Supporting the development of professional skills and consultancy for businesses.

The project involves participation of 500 employees of the Nitrogen Plant and the Daughters -Companies (AUTOMATIC, ELZAT, JRCH, KOLTAR, WIEZAT ZWIRI)in training which leads to acquiring new skills by employees. Those qualifications can be used in the current workplace or other.
