Support for the unemployed on the regional labor market "Woman in office work"

Project Description

Free training for unemployed women

The project "Woman in office work" was designed to support 100 unemployed women (including people registered as unemployed or seeking work), including long-term unemployed and inactive women from the area of the Podkarpackie region.

Carried trainings:

• MS Windows and MS Office use - 36 hours (6 days)
• Internet with elements of teleworking - 6 hours (1 day)
• E-learning courses for occupational development - 6 hours (1 day)
• Office equipment - 24 hours (4 days)
• Flexible forms of employment and work organization, customer internal and external service, - 18 hours (3 days).

In total, 15 days of training for one group, classes were held two days a week for 6 hours. All training took place in Rzeszów. All project was divided on 5 editions where for each edition 20 unemployed womens were recruited.

Editions started: first 10.2008, the second - 01.2009, the third - 03.2009, fourth - 05.2009, the fifth - 07.2009.
