Project "Women in work" - a new job, a better future" is realized in the period from 01.07.2010 to 31.05.2012 within Human Capital Operational Programme ,Sub 6.1.1 Support for the unemployed in the regional labor market.

The aim is to facilitate access of 200 unemployed women from the Brzozów and Strzyżów districts in the Podkarpackie region to the occupation of an office worker.

The project is addressed to unemployed women, including both the unemployed registered in the office work (as unemployed or seeking work) and unregistered.

As a part of the project listed below trainings will be carried out:

1. Integration and career counseling - group classes (two 6-hour meetings), plus individual meeting.
2. Office worker – group classes (fifteen 6-hour meetings ). Training content includes: handling Windows OS and MS Office, Internet with elements of teleworking, e-learning for job activation, maintenance of office equipment, flexible forms of employment and organization of work, customer service, internal and external.

We are providing allowance for a training (the training office worker):

• refund of travel expenses,
• hot meals,
• training materials,
• refund the cost of caring for dependents.

Classes will be held 2-3 times a week in Rzeszów.
